My heart goes out to Mike Malone, former park ranger and Paramount Ranch historian. His friends, the Paramount Park Rangers, State and National Park Service, lost their park residences in this fire. Beyond the loss of structures and homes, the soul of film history smolder in the burnt rubble. May the human spirit survive the recent tragedies.
